About this workshop

The course outlines the fact that we react to stimuli that cause either aggression or passivity. Assertive behavior means that you are aware of these stimuli and therefore make an assertive decision.

The delegates are put into numerous role-plays to experience being assertive over passive or aggressive behavior, it gives practical ideas on how to deal with situations.
