About this workshop

The course helps the manager to identify their own preferred learning style of leadership and how to use different style to suit the individual or situation. It also instructs managers on how to effectively delegate either as a method of developing members of their team, a motivational tool or a means of freeing up time. Finally the course considers the different theories behind what motivates a member of staff or team.
