About this workshop

A key part of the course is achieving the right balance between managing one’s workload and feeling that you have the ability to cope. Poor planning and prioritisation by either the manager or individual can add to the feeling of being unable to cope which can bring about a stress response.

The course will give delegates the opportunity to assess their own stress levels and identify plans to cope
